Commencing operation in in 1998 – 99 after working as care coordinators in the Careworks Trial, Care Assess began working with GPs to perform specialised aged care assessment.

 

Currently Care Assess undertakes Comprehensive Health Assessments, Care Planning, residential health assessments (Comprehensive Medical Assessments, CMAs), together with other chronic disease management item services under Medicare on behalf of the General Practitioner community.
